The Presbyterian House features clean, comfortable rooms, lovely common areas and a friendly atmosphere.

While maintaining the charm of our original building, the new addition offers air-conditioning, elevators and rooms accessible to the more physically challenged. Within easy walking distance from the amphitheater, our guests can opt to listen to concerts from the comfort of our porches.

Operating since 1883, the Presbyterian Association of Chautauqua is independent from any governing body of the Presbyterian Church. Rental for the Chautauqua summer season is from Saturday to the following Saturday. The maximum charge for a week’s stay is $625 per person. Inquiries for off-season rental may be made to the managers at 330-947-3591.

For a future stay at the Presbyterian House, please make note of the following reservation policy:

• Full-time and retired full-time clergy, missionaries and church workers may apply after January 15.

• Registration is open to all members of the Presbyterian Church after February 15.

• The public may apply after March 15.

All programs, building and staff are supported by contributions and rental fees. Your gift to the Presbyterian Association will help keep the scholarship funds in place, the house maintained and the "coffee pot on". Your tax-deductible contribution entitles you to membership in the Association.
